Master Key System Overview

Large or small, a 'Master Key System' is a guide for the keying of lock cylinders and producing keys that will not interchange while providing a master key that will operate all or some of the locks in a group. In this way, a supervisor could have a single key, a 'Master Key,' that will open all the offices in their department while each employee will have an individual key that fits their office only.

This concept can be scaled up to include multiple supervisors with separate master keys, each separate from the other.
